He was born in 1971 in Babutipara village of Muradnagar Upazila, Comilla district, into a respected Muslim family. Currently, he resides in Dhaka. He passed his Secondary School Certificate (SSC) in 1987 from A.K. High School, Donia, Jatrabari, and successfully completed his Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in 1989 from Kabi Nazrul Government College.
In 1997, he earned his MBBS degree from Sher-e-Bangla Medical College, Barishal. In 2011, he obtained his D.DV degree from BSMMU.
Since 2002, he has served with distinction at Pioneer Dental College, City Medical College, 8U, Bangladesh Medical College, and BIRDEM Hospital.
